Question: Can I pay by credit card?
Answer: We ask that all payments be made by check.
Question: When should I pay for my order?
Answer: We will email or mail you an invoice once you have received your order. Our terms are net 30. We ask that you pay by check within 30 days of receiving your order. If you need extra time, we are always willing to accommodate your needs.
Question: How long will it take to receive my order?
Answer: Stock items take 2-3 business days. Custom orders typically take 5-10 business days, depending on the size and if it needs to be set up.
Question: Can I see what my custom order will look like before you ship it?
Answer: Yes, every order comes with a pdf proof that you can review prior to production.
Question: Do you do short run orders?
Answer: Yes, most of our products have very low minimums by industry standard, so we can do even the smallest jobs.
